Pofu Kids, 2-6 yaş çocuklar için hazırlanmış, reklamsız ve internetsiz çalışan bir oyun uygulamasıdır. Hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyoruz. Sunucumuz yok; uygulama hiçbir bilgiyi internete göndermez.
Çocuğun adı (isteğe bağlı), yaşı, dil seçimi, seçilen karakter, oyun ilerlemesi, yıldızlar ve çıkartmalar yalnızca bu cihazda saklanır. Bu bilgilere biz ya da başka biri erişemez. Ad, karakterin çocuğa adıyla seslenebilmesi için kullanılır.
Konuşma oyunu ve pasta mumlarını üfleme oyunu, ebeveyn izin verirse mikrofonu kullanır. Yalnızca o anki ses seviyesine bakılır; söylenenler anlaşılmaz, kaydedilmez, dinlenmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Ölçüm için açılan geçici dosya hemen silinir. İzin vermemek hiçbir oyunu engellemez; oyunlar dokunarak da oynanır. İzin, ebeveyn köşesinden verilir ya da kapatılır.
Reklam, analiz, takip, konum, kamera, hesap ya da üyelik yoktur. Uygulamadaki hiçbir yazılım bileşeni veri toplamaz. Uygulama dışına giden bağlantı yoktur.
Bu sürümde satın alma yoktur; uygulama ücretsizdir. İleride abonelik eklenirse bu politika güncellenir ve ödeme ekranı yalnızca ebeveyn kapısından sonra açılır.
Ebeveyn köşesindeki "Profili sıfırla" ile cihazdaki tüm bilgiler silinir. Uygulamayı silmek de her şeyi siler.
Çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamadığımız için ebeveyn onayı gerektiren bir veri işleme yoktur. Yaklaşımımız ABD COPPA, AB GDPR, Birleşik Krallık Çocuk Kodu ve Türkiye KVKK ile uyumludur.

Pofu Kids is an ad-free game app for children aged 2 to 6 that works without the internet. We do not collect any personal data. We have no servers, and the app sends nothing over the internet.
The child's first name (optional), age, language, chosen character, game progress, stars and stickers are stored only on this device. Neither we nor anyone else can access them. The name is used so the character can greet the child by name.
The talking game and the birthday candle game use the microphone if a parent allows it. Only the current sound level is checked; nothing is understood, recorded, listened to or sent anywhere. The temporary file used for the measurement is deleted right away. Without permission every game still works by tapping. Permission is given or removed in the Parents corner.
No ads, analytics, tracking, location, camera, accounts or sign-ups. No component in the app collects data. There are no links that leave the app.
This version has no purchases; the app is free. If a subscription is added later, this policy will be updated and the purchase screen will only open behind the parental gate.
"Reset profile" in the Parents corner deletes everything stored on the device. Deleting the app also removes everything.
Because we collect no personal data from children, there is no processing that requires parental consent. Our approach follows COPPA (US), GDPR (EU), the UK Children's Code and KVKK (Turkey).
